Gurmeet joined Mackenzie in 2018. He leads Asset Management Operations with a concentration on Dealer Relations, Fund Services and Operations. He is leading the transformation of Investment Management through a pivotal multi-year, Middle-Office initiative, as well as overseeing the automation and modernization of Mackenzie's Back-Office Operations. With over 20 years of financial services experience, he has a track record of building high-performing organizations that produce optimal business results and strategic outcomes. Prior to his role at Mackenzie, Gurmeet designed, built, and implemented the Business Architecture organization at one of Canada’s major banks.
Gurmeet earned a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
