Rhonda Goldberg

Executive Vice President, General Counsel (IGM Financial)

Rhonda joined the IGM team in 2015 and was appointed to her current position in 2019. She oversees the legal, compliance, corporate secretary and regulatory affairs functions of IGM Financial and its subsidiaries. Her career includes over 20 years of legal and regulatory experience, including as a member of the executive team for the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) as a Director, Investments Funds and Structured Products from 2010-2015.

Rhonda earned an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School and is called to the Bar in Ontario.
