Senior Vice President, Head of Retail

Gary joined Mackenzie in 2020. He leads the retail sales team to provide advisors with the right investment solutions for their clients’ needs. He also oversees the national accounts, tax and estate and practice management teams, and sits on the Canadian advisory board of the Investments & Wealth Institute and the Concordia Board of Governors. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has held senior roles in organizations across Canada.

Gary earned a BComm in Finance and B.Sc. in Molecular Biology, from Concordia University, and a M.Sc. in Administration from the John Molson School of Business. He holds both the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations.
